Banana raspberry smoothie

Have you been looking for a simple smoothie to prepare at home? Well, search no more 😊, we got you. This smoothie only requires 4 ingredients and takes less than 10 minutes to prepare. You can take any time or after workouts. Smoothies are one of the best ways to take fruits at home.

Ingredients you need:

  • 150ml- 200ml plain yoghurt
  • 3 bananas
  • 200-250g of raspberries
  • 4 ice cubes

Recipe:

  • Peel 3 bananas and cut them into small pieces place on a bowl or saucer
  • Wash raspberries put them aside
  • Rinse your blender with hot water, this helps cut through the fruits faster as well as remove any particles in the blender before using.
  • Put the bananas in the blender, add 200-250g of raspberries, 3 scoops of plain yoghurt, and 4 ice cubes. Blend it all together for 3 minutes, use a spoon to ensure everything is mixed all together and is smooth.
  • Pour the smoothie into a glass, cut 2 raspberries into halves, and place them at the top. Your smoothie is ready now. Enjoy your smoothie
