Beet berry grapes banana smoothie

Ingredients you need:

  • 200-250g of raspberries
  • 3-4 bananas
  • 1 and a half beetroots
  • 150-200g of grapes
  • a handful of lettuce
  • 4 ice cubes

Recipe:

  • Peel the bananas and cut them into small piece and put them in a bowl/ saucer
  • Wash 200-250g of raspberries and put them aside
  • Wash the beetroots and grate them
  • Clean a handful of lettuce and put them in a bowl/ saucer
  • Finally, clean your grapes thoroughly and put them in a bowl.
  • Rinse your blender with hot water to remove any particles, it also helps the blades to cut through the fruits faster.
  • Put the bananas, raspberries, grated beetroots, lettuce, grapes, and ice cubes in the blender.
  • Blend them for about 3 minutes, use a spoon to check if everything is mixed well and the smoothie is smooth.
  • Pour the smoothie into a glass
  • Cut 2 grapes and place them at the top. Your smoothie is ready. Enjoy the beet berry grapes banana smoothie
