Cheesy potatoes for breakfast

Did you know you can have potatoes for breakfast? In this recipe we will see how you can prepare potatoes for breakfast with bacon and cheese. It is simple to prepare very sweet and delicious.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper
  • Potatoes (6-8 big potatoes)
  • 200g of bacon
  • 1 cup of mozzarella cheese
  • 1 big onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic

Recipe:

  • Wash the potatoes.
  • Boil the potatoes for 15-20 minutes after sprinkling 1 tablespoon of salt and black pepper in the potatoes.
  • Drain the water.
  • Fry the bacon with onions and grated garlic.
  • Grate 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.
  • Grease your baking tin with a brush.
  • Put the boiled potatoes in the baking tin mix it with the fried bacon.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on the potatoes and bacon.
  • Preheat your oven for 5 minutes
  • Bake your potatoes for 30 minutes at 350F
  • The cheesy potatoes are best served while hot, serve it with your favourite cup of tea/ coffee with your favourite dessert. Bon appétit!
