Sautéed vegetables

Sautéed vegetables are vegetables prepared with little fat or oil, they can also be called stir-fried vegetables. Our sautéed vegetables consist of broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and red cabbages. They can be served with protein and starch or just starch for vegans. It takes about 10- 15 minutes to prepare. Scroll down to check out the ingredients and recipe.

Ingredients you need:

  • Broccoli
  • Cauliflower
  • Red cabbage
  • 2-3 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Olive oil/ vegetable oil

Recipe:

  • Wash the broccoli, cauliflower, red cabbage, onions, carrots, and garlic before chopping them
  • Cut the broccoli, cauliflower into medium pieces set them aside
  • Peel the carrots (optional) and dice them into cubes
  • Cut your onions into cubes and grate your garlic and set them aside
  • Cut the red cabbage into medium pieces and set them aside
  • Use a non-stick pan to fry the vegetables
  • Put 1 tablespoon of olive/ vegetable oil on the pan
  • Put the onions and garlic let them fry for about 2-3 minutes
  • Add broccoli and cauliflower and mix everything together for about 2 minutes
  • Add the red cabbage and mix
  • Finally, put carrots and mix everything under medium heat
  • Sprinkle 1/2 tablespoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of black pepper
  • Let the vegetables cook for about 5-7 minutes before turning off the heat
  • Your sautéed vegetables are ready, serve, and enjoy.
