Potato soup

Have you ever prepared food and noticed the meal is very dry? You can prepare potato soup and have it with a meal and makes the food even more delicious. Potato soup requires few ingredients. Scroll down and check out the ingredients and the recipe to use.

Ingredients:

  • 5-6 potatoes
  • 2 big carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 beef cube

Recipe:

  • Peel your potatoes and carrots.
  • Rinse them.
  • Put them in a cooking pot, add 2 cups of water.
  • Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of black pepper and 1 tablespoon of salt in the cooking pot.
  • Boil the potatoes and carrots for 20 minutes under medium heat.
  • Put the potatoes, carrots together with the excess water in a separate bowl.
  • Using the same cooking pot, put 1 chopped onion, grated garlic, and vegetable oil/ olive oil.
  • Fry the onions until they look translucent.
  • Add the potatoes, carrots, and excess water to the cooking pot.
  • Mix well and sprinkle 1 beef cube.
  • Cover the pot and let it simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  • Turn off the heat.
  • Rinse your blender with hot water.
  • Put the potatoes and carrots in the blender.
  • Blend it until it’s smooth, if it is too thick add 1/2 cup of hot water to smoothen.
  • The soup shouldn’t be too thick or too runny.
  • Serve your potato soup in a bowl or on the side of your main meal. Bon appĂ©tit!
