Healthy blueberry Icecream

You can prepare healthy and delicious ice cream at home using frozen fruits. This recipe we are going to use frozen bananas and frozen blueberries. It is so delicious and simple to prepare.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of frozen blueberries
  • 2-3 frozen bananas
  • 4 tablespoons of cold whole milk

Recipe:

  • Peel 2-3 bananas put them in a polythene bag and freeze them for a minimum of 6 hours, preferably overnight.
  • Wash 1 cup of blueberries and freeze them for a minimum of 6 hours, preferably overnight.
  • Cut your frozen bananas into pieces.
  • Rinse your blender with hot water.
  • Put your bananas, frozen blueberries, and 4 tablespoons of milk and blend until it is smooth.
  • Scoop your blueberry ice cream and put it in a bowl.
  • Cover it with clear foil paper and freeze it for 1-2 hours.
  • Your blueberry ice cream is ready. Bon appĆ©tit.
