Baked fish fillet

Baked fish fillet is very easy to prepare, not messy while preparing, and economical as well. It takes only 25 minutes to bake fish fillet. It can be served with rice, mashed potatoes, ugali, matoke with your favorite soup and salad. White wine or a glass of rose can also be served with fish. Ingredients:

  • Fish fillet
  • 1 tablespoon of fish masala
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of chili powder ( optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil or vegetable oil
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 cup of bread crumbs (optional)

Recipe:

  • Wash the fish fillet.
  • Pat the fish dry with a paper towel.
  • Cut the fish to the size you prefer.
  • Sprinkle salt on the fish on each piece on both sides.
  • Brush each piece with olive oil.
  • Mix your spices in one bowl.
  • Rub the spices on each piece on both sides.
  • Sprinkle bread crumbs on each piece on both sides.
  • Place foil paper on your baking tray.
  • Grease the foil paper with olive oil using a brush.
  • Place each piece on the foil paper.
  • Squeeze half a lemon on the pieces before baking
  • Preheat your oven for 5 minutes.
  • Bake your fish for 25 minutes at 180 degrees Celcius.
  • You can serve your baked fish with a piece of lemon, your favorite starch, and your favorite bowl of soup. Bon appétit!
