Deep-fried chicken wings

Ingredients you need:

  • Chicken wings and drumsticks
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • Black pepper
  • Cumin
  • Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • Orange juice (freshly squeezed orange juice)
  • Orange zest
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon of cornflour

Recipe:

  • Marinate the chicken in a container, grate 3 cloves of garlic, and 1 piece of ginger. Mix it with the chicken.
  • Add 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of cumin, 1 teaspoon of garam masala, 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Mix it with chicken wings and drumsticks. Use your hands to mix.
  • Squeeze fresh orange juice in the chicken and add in orange zest.
  • Cover it and put it in the fridge for 1 hour for the chicken to marinate.
  • Put 1 cup of flour, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of cornflour (if you love your chicken crunchy), 1 teaspoon of cumin, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper. Mix it.
  • Deep the chicken wings and drumsticks in the flour.
  • Deep fry them in hot oil as you turn them to cook evenly and well inside. Alternatively, you can bake them for 1-hour place the chicken pieces on a baking paper, turn the pieces after 30 minutes.
