Ingredients you need:
- Chicken wings and drumsticks
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 piece of ginger
- Black pepper
- Cumin
- Garam masala
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- Orange juice (freshly squeezed orange juice)
- Orange zest
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon of cornflour
Recipe:
- Marinate the chicken in a container, grate 3 cloves of garlic, and 1 piece of ginger. Mix it with the chicken.
- Add 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of cumin, 1 teaspoon of garam masala, 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Mix it with chicken wings and drumsticks. Use your hands to mix.
- Squeeze fresh orange juice in the chicken and add in orange zest.
- Cover it and put it in the fridge for 1 hour for the chicken to marinate.
- Put 1 cup of flour, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of cornflour (if you love your chicken crunchy), 1 teaspoon of cumin, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper. Mix it.
- Deep the chicken wings and drumsticks in the flour.
- Deep fry them in hot oil as you turn them to cook evenly and well inside. Alternatively, you can bake them for 1-hour place the chicken pieces on a baking paper, turn the pieces after 30 minutes.
