Chicken bread rolls

The chicken bread roll is a quick snack best served with a drink of your choice or with rice, mashed potatoes, and french fries accompanied with your favourite sauce. They are very delicious, you need to try them out. Soft inside and crunchy outside.

Ingredients you need:

  • 1/4 kg of boneless chicken
  • 12 slices of bread (crust is not included)
  • 3 teaspoons of black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons of garam masala
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 small piece of ginger
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 green pepper
  • 3 eggs
  • Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • Vegetable oil for deep frying
  • 1/4 cup of water

Recipe:

  • Steam your boneless chicken add black pepper and 1 teaspoon of salt to season it. Steam it under medium heat until the water is over.
  • Use a non-stick pan, put 1 onion, 1 green pepper, 2 grated cloves of garlic, and 1 grated ginger. Fry them under medium heat
  • Add 2 well-chopped tomatoes mix it well and let it heat for 2 minutes.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of garam masala and 1 teaspoon of salt. Mix it well.
  • Shred your boneless chicken into very tiny pieces add them on the pan mix them well.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce mix it well and let it heat for 2 minutes and put off the fire.
  • Put 1/4 cup of water in a bowl and set it aside.
  • Remove the crust of each slice of bread by cutting it off, deep the slice of bread in a bowl of water. Place the wet slice of bread in between your palms and squeeze off the excess water.
  • Place it on a chopping board gently place 1 teaspoon of the chicken sauce diagonally and wrap it well.
  • Set aside a bowl of 1 cup of all-purpose flour mixed with 1 teaspoon of black pepper and 1 teaspoon of garam masala, beat 3 eggs in another bowl and another bowl of breadcrumbs.
  • Deep the wrapped chicken in all-purpose flour, then in a bowl of eggs and finally in breadcrumbs.
  • Deep fry the chicken bread roll in hot oil.
  • Place them on a kitchen towel to soak any extra oil.
  • It is ready to be served. Soft inside and crunchy outside. Bon appétit!
