Let’s Spice With Wangui by preparing delicious creamy meatballs that can be eaten alongside mashed potatoes, rice, pasta, or french fries.
Ingredients you need:
- Minced meat
- Black pepper
- Garam Masala
- Paprika
- Soysauce
- 1 royco beef cube
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- Breadcrumbs
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- Vegetable oil
- Coconut cream
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 small piece of ginger
- Corriander leaves
Recipe:
- Add 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of garam masala, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of paprika, and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the minced meat. Mix it
- Add 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 2 eggs, and mix it.
- Add breadcrumbs until it’s thick enough to be rolled in balls.
- Roll the meatballs medium size, deep fry them in hot oil until they turn golden brown.
- Use a nonstick pan, chop onions into small cubes, grate 2 bulbs of garlic, a small piece of ginger, and chop 1 green pepper. Add some vegetable oil. Fry them. Under medium heat.
- Add 2 tomatoes (well chopped), add 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Cover it and let it simmer under medium heat.
- Add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of garam masala, and 1 royco beef cube. Mix it well for the spices to blend it.
- Add 3 tablespoons of coconut cream and 1/2 cup of water. Mix it.
- Put the meatballs, mix and cover it for 2 minutes
- Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and mix it to blend in the sauce.
- Add chopped coriander leaves. Cover it. After 3 minutes turn off the heat and serve the creamy meatballs. Best served while hot. Bon appétit!
