Are you looking for a quick snack to have for breakfast? Come try our Bacon and cheese wrap easy to prepare and delicious. Tortillas can be taken just as they are, or with a glass of juice/milkshake, a cup of tea/ coffee. Scroll down to check out the recipe and ingredients you need.
Ingredients you need:
- flour tortillas (used ready made ones)
- Bacon strips
- Eggs (1 egg per tortilla wrap)
- Mozzarella cheese
- Lettuce
- Vegetable oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
Frying an egg 
Sprinkle salt and black pepper on the egg 
Frying bacon strips 
Fried bacon strips 
Mozzarella cheese 
grated mozzarella cheese 
Ready made flour tortillas 
fried egg, fried bacon, grated cheese and lettuce placed on the tortilla (cut from the end to the center) ready to fold and wrap everything 
Frying the quesadilla 
Bacon and cheese wrap (quesadilla) is ready 
Recipe:
- Fry the eggs, while unbeaten sprinkle salt and black pepper on each egg
- Place the eggs on a plate
- Cut the bacon strips into 4 equal pieces and fry them
- Place the bacon strips on a plate
- Grate the mozzarella cheese (a handful)
- Put the flour tortilla on a chopping board. Cut a slit into the flour tortilla as shown in the picture above.
- Place the fried bacon strips, lettuce, grated mozzarella cheese, and a fried egg on each corner of the tortillas.
- Fold the Bacon and cheese wrap from one corner (clockwise) until you have wrapped everything.
- Put one tablespoon of vegetable oil on a frying pan and place the tortilla wrap gently.
- Fry it for a minute under low heat, flip the quesadilla gently to fry the other side as you melt the cheese. This should not take more than 5 minutes not to burn the tortillas.
- Place the Bacon and cheese wrap/ quesadilla on a plate and serve it with a glass of juice, milkshake, or a cup of coffee/ tea. Bon appétit.
