Scotch eggs

Wondering what to have for breakfast? Come let’s prepare scotch eggs. Which can be eaten alongside tea, a hot cup of coffee or hot cup of drinking chocolate.

Ingredients you need:

  • Eggs
  • Pack of sausages
  • All-purpose flour
  • Cornstarch
  • Bread crumbs
  • Garam Masala
  • Black pepper
  • Paprika
  • Salt
  • Ginger powder

Recipe:

  • Boil eggs for 25 min and remove the eggshells after.
  • Remove the outer skin of the sausage and press it with your fingers to increase the surface area to coat the egg. One sausage should wrap one egg. Ratio 1:1
  • Mix 1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of garam masala, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of paprika, and 1 teaspoon of ginger powder in a bowl.
  • Beat 2-3 eggs in a bowl and add 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • Set another bowl of breadcrumbs.
  • Deep the wrapped egg in the all-purpose mixture, egg bowl, breadcrumbs bowl back to the eggs, and breadcrumbs again to fully coat it with breadcrumbs.
  • Deep fry it in hot oil turn it to get cooked evenly until it turns golden brown
  • Slice it into half and enjoy your scotch eggs. Bon appétit!
